Alphabet Books

Last week while cleaning out some cabinets I found these little books that I got from Donors choose a while back. I couldn't figure out what to do with them and then came up with the great writing activity of making an alphabet book. It was a great activity because it took a long time and I planned it on a day when our upper grades were testing and we couldn't go out and play. They got so into it that they didn't realize that we didn't go outside at our normal time. We did get to go out later that afternoon though. Hear our some pictures from some of their books.
