Number Octopus

We are starting a math unit on numbers so in order to get ready for the unit, we made these number octopuses. They had to put on 10 legs and then number the legs 1-10.   Some even put the right number of little paper squares on each leg. They had a lot of fun and some of them did a great job. It was also a great tool for me to try and find out who needed help on identifying numbers and putting them in the right order.
