Sorting

One Day during Math Centers during the last few weeks of school, some of the kids who were working with pattern blocks, called me over and told me that they wanted me to see what they had done. I went over and looked at this pattern and asked what it was. They told me it was their "zoo". They had made a gate with one type of blocks and sorted the others and put them in their own areas!
